hey people, today we made a pinky swear as a commitment to build this family of God together.


Do yall rmb how yall played "gou gou shou" with your friends when you're young? Now we've prayed with our pinkies crossed, it means a promise is made yeah. I found out from the net that in the olden times, the pinky swear was so significant that the person who breaks the promise must cut off their pinky finger. aiyo. we're not so cruel but this promise we've made, cannot be broken kayys! & no "I take it back" or whatever too!

Dear God, i just want to pray for this family that you've placed me in. Although the family atmosphere is not as strong at present, i pray that with time & our devotion, this family will grow to be even more united & close-knitted. I pray that because you're in the center of all our relationships, the friendships & the bonds we form would be strong & biblical.(:

that more than eating together,

& having fun together,

we'll be each other's support in this eternal race! that no longer do we have to run this spiritual marathon on our own but we'll be able to run with much joy because of these friends you've placed in our lives. When the race gets tough, we'll cheer each other on & pull each other along. & when the scenery turns beautiful & an obstacle has just been overcome, we've got each other to enjoy the success together & celebrate with. we'll run TOGETHER with all our might till we see Jesus face to face.(: let's not underestimate how much God can work in a community that is united & truly wants to follow him! brick by brick, soul by soul, let's build this family together.(:
