well, you dun have to preach to millions to be powerful. You dun have to be a powerful worship leader with a nice voice to be great in the eyes of God.
You guys just have to touch the lives of those pple around you..saving your friend's soul is just as powerful as a preacher is to God. So start by having a lifestyle of evangelism =)
